THE SOLUTION

I stepped in to build the operational foundation behind Gaia’s rebrand and ongoing marketing engine. That meant designing compliance-first systems that let creative work move fast without the risk of collapse or legal interference. I coordinated across design, regulatory, product, sales, and external vendors, translating creative strategy into executable plans and ensuring every campaign, package, and launch landed on time and in alignment.

Alongside day-to-day execution, I helped formalize how marketing worked: documenting SOPs, leading cross-team planning, and creating systems that supported 20+ product launches per year across photography, video, packaging, retail, eCommerce, and digital campaigns.

THE OUTCOME

Gaia successfully launched a global rebrand spanning 700+ SKUs, a new website, and a fully integrated marketing ecosystem that supported sustained growth and national retail expansion. Creative teams gained clarity, compliance approvals sped up, and missed deadlines dropped to near zero.
